The athletes of PPA Camp first week utilize sprinting drills to build greater speed and strength. Have you realized your “Top” speed yet?
This is the second week of the first PPA Camp this summer. The next camp starts July 20th-30th and is for boys and girls 10-14 yrs old. This camp is limited to the first 20 athletes who sign up.
The free PPA workout this past weekend was a blast. Everyone had an opportunity to learn a few of the base ingredients successful athletes build upon. PowerPlant athletes master the essential movement patterns crucial to athletic development, and therefor develop sports skills at a faster rate in comparison to other athletes.Pics of the training this weekend.

PowerPlant Athletics is hosting a free workout at Crossfit Central May 30th. This Co-Ed workout is open to kids ages 10-14. Have fun learning agility and speed training techniques, while practicing functional movements to become a better athlete.

Westlake female athletes have started training with PowerPlant and are on the way towards optimizing their performance levels. Wednesday’s workout brought them outside in the heat to work on footwork and explosive power. Getting the team out of the cooler gym will help improve their conditioning to another level.
