Lewis has over 5 years experience coaching youth lacrosse players. At this camp you will learn the tips, philosophy, and skills that made Lewis successful in the NLL. PowerPlant is helping these young athletes build greater foot work and speed to help them dominate over their opponents this year. Developing greater foot work with these young athletes will directly enhance their ball handling skills.
In conjuction with speed and agility work, these kids are incorporating strength and conditioning training using functional movements. This will allow make them to start and finish their season competing at a high level.
